We are leaving Vientiane by end of August, 2011. We are looking for someone to take over, short-term or permanently, our beautiful four-bedroom house in Ban Don Pa Mai (see map below, 200 m from Soukpalouang road, less than 1 km from Siavone Supermarket, 5 km from city centre) with a big garden in a wonderful, rural setting.

The house is fully furnished with 3 double beds and two single beds, all the kitchen equipment (gas oven and stove), dinner table, TV with DVD player, telephone, big bathtub, all rooms air-conditioned, sofa and wooden floors.

The house is available from afternoon of August 31st, 2011
The rent is 600 $ per month.

The rent is ONLY 1,500 $ for 5 months (September, October, November, December, January)
