A house to share

I would like to propose to share a house from now until end of december.

The house is situated 300 m from brunei and german ambassy, in the south of Vientiane, on Soi 9 (a small dust road which lead to Sokpaluang road).

The free bedroom has a big bed, wardrobe, fan and air cond and is about 20 m2.
Big living room with TV, kitchen with fridge and coocker. Little garden.

The rent is 125 $ a month.
